WINE-SPECIFIC CONDITIONS Legal Requirements You must be 21 years of age or older, to order or receive alcoholic beverages from RF Fine Wines. Receipt of shipments containing alcoholic beverages requires the signature of a sober adult (a person 21 years of age or older who is not intoxicated). Wines purchased from RF Fine Wines are not for resale, and are for personal consumption only. Payments & Charges Online orders are by credit card or by PayPal only. Minimum Purchase No minimum purchase is required. States Authorized for Direct Shipment Due to the ever-changing nature of wine shipping laws, we may be able to ship wines, directly or indirectly, to all states except AL, AR, DE, HI, IN, KY, LA, OK, RI, PA, SD, TN, UT, VT, VA, WV, WY. If RF Fine Wines is unable to ship directly to your state, we can arrange for the sale and shipment of our products through a third party. Please note, when dealing through a third party, wine prices, discounts, and shipping costs may differ from those quoted by RF Fine Wines. Shipping Costs Golden State Overnight (GSO) and UPS are RF Fine Wines carriers of choice. Ground shipping is provided by GSO and UPS at current market rates. Wine is a Delicate Commodity Wine is a perishable commodity. Wine does not like extremes of temperature: extreme weather such as hot and humid summers, or icy winters may adversely affect the condition of your wine during shipment. RF Fine Wines is not responsible for, and will not replace wine that is damaged by extreme weather conditions during shipment. When your wine order is picked up by the common carrier for delivery, responsibility for the wine becomes the responsibility of the purchaser.

PRIVACY POLICY Protecting your privacy is important to us. We hope the following statement will help you understand how we collect, use and safeguard the personal information you provide to us on our site. I. What kind of information do we collect from you when you visit our site? When visiting rffinewines.com, we may collect basic information about your browser, operating system, and activity on the website to understand how visitors browse our site, and how we may improve their shopping experience. We also collect personal information about you when you check out of our store such as your name, address, postal code, phone number, etc. We need this information to process payment and ship merchandise to you. II. Sharing of personal information - We will never share your information! Under no circumstances will we share any personal information that we collect with any third parties or web sites. All the information you give us is completely private and used solely for order processing and shipping. If you give us permission to send you marketing emails then we use your email for that purpose, but never does that email get sold or distributed to any other web site or list. III. Newsletter Opt-Out. You may choose to opt out of RF Fine Wines at any time. If you have chosen to opt into our newsletter or marketing emails and decide to opt out, you may click unsubscribe at the bottom of our emails to be removed from our list. IV. Consumer inquiries and privacy. If you have any questions about your privacy, your personal information, or be removed from our marketing list, send us an email at support@rffinewines.com. V. Protecting your information. All the payment information we collect is done so under SSL - a standard internet security measure. Any data that we store about you is secured and not accessible to the public in any way.

SHIPPING POLICY Please note that verification of age and signature is required at the time of delivery. No wine will be delivered to a visibly intoxicated person, and any person unable to produce age verification forfeits the right to receive the shipment until identification is produced. In such circumstances, the order may be held in storage at a local depot until appropriate identification is produced, or it may be shipped back to the winery. If a wine shipment is shipped back to the winery, the customer is responsible for any additional freight charges. Carriers make three attempts to deliver, after which the wine is returned to RF Fine Wines. Returned shipments will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Wines are subject to change due to availability. Members are responsible for all taxes, shipping or handling fees, including shipments that are refused, returned or shipped to an old address. Should your shipment be returned for any reason, the fee to reship would be the full rate charged by the common carrier to RF Fine Wines. All Terms and Conditions subject to change without notice. Pricing is subject to change based upon the wines selected for each shipment. All Alcoholic Beverages are sold in California and title passes to the buyer.

We will replace any bottle of wine that is damaged, flawed or that the customer finds unsatisfactory. We ask that the customer send us a photograph of both bottle and cork, and return the original bottle for replacement. By law, we cannot accept returns of alcoholic beverages unless the product is corked, or flawed. We are also unable to accept return of wine that was damaged due to adverse weather conditions during shipment, or wine that is ordered in error. Please send an email to support@rffinewines.com to arrange for the return of corked or flawed product. Once the bottle is received we will ship a replacement bottle of wine at equal or similar value. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all canceled orders.
